Hello, fellow students of the Gina Cody School of Engineering!

Two years and 8 months ago, I walked through the doors of Concordia Unversity for the first time. Not long after, I received an email inviting me to Frosh and soon found myself on the grass of the Loyola quad for orientation day, not knowing that my life was about to change in a way I could not have previously imagined. I started getting involved with societies, taking a core role on the machine team of eng games, attending events hosted by SCS and going to provincial competitions like CQI. By the end of that first year, I came to realize how being involved shaped my university experience from being an average of four years of my life, to what will be the best 5(ish). It is with this in mind that I decided to run to be an executive of the Engineering and Computer Science Association.

I am excited to be returning to the team for a third mandate, this time as President. During this upcoming year, I will responsible for overseeing the operations of the ECA team, as well as representing our students on various committees and organizations.

One last piece of wisdom, whatever you decide to do with your university career, make sure that you get involved. Your university experience will be so much more rewarding by getting involved, you’ll meet so many new people, and have so many great experiences, I promise you won't regret it!

If you ever have any questions or want to learn more about the ECA, please feel free to drop by the office and say hi, or send me an email!

Have a great year!
